Massive ninja skinners, faction spies, faction tag mob then reset for opposite. Camping multi account on different spawn points aswell.
Can we get some rules toward it..

How carebear? People abuse multi accounts and glitch faction for tag and you pointed out "carebear"

i once flared near a devilsaur and saw 2 alli rogues near it.. mounted up and skedaddle the hell out of there.

Get a group and go there with some backup. Suddenly, not such a problem.

Someone else gets the tag, oh well. Opposite faction gets the tag, kill them for it. Campers are going to camp regardless. Expect everyone who is in the zone to scum their way to the 22 leather needed.

I'm also surprised you haven't already learned the spawn times, and spawn locations of the 2 easiest to farm. Not to mention the fact that the 2 spawn points located on the northern sections of Ungoro are spawning the wrong type of mob. Instead of the normal white Devilsaurs, they are spawning Ironhides, which are suppose to be below the volcano, along with the Tyrants.

Regardless, the mob is very camped, and if you can't deal with farming it during presumed peak times, wait for the server to cross over to the dead hours. You're better off leveling (if you haven't reached 60 already yet) and farming gold on the side, than wasting time on something you want entitlement to. Worst comes to worst, you can just pay the 220g in devil leather if you can't farm it, seeing how this set alone lasts longer than most any prebis gear.
