Leashing Isn't Working Correctly.

Please fix leashing.

Currently, not all creatures/players on an NPC's hate list refresh the reset timer.

I believe it may only affect NPC vs NPC interaction (guards versus mobs dragged away from their homes), but I'm not certain.

Something is definitely wrong.

Actually, there is something wrong with Baron Geddon now with his leash radius too. He reset by barely walking him over to the side and then he started to place a bomb on the MT. I'm assuming the threat table reset luls
