AGI To Critt %

The formula isn't the same for all classes.
For Rogues it's 29 Agility to get 1% crit at level 60.
I read somewhere the formula is (level/2) - 1, not 100% sure about this but it seemed to work out at lower level the few times I checked during my leveling.
