Hey, this guy called Iknowmagic abuses the fact u can AoE trough walls killing everyone inside gadgetzan inn while standing on top of it. Please show no mercy and ban him hopefully teaching others not to do the same.

Thankfully it is a bannable offense. Did you submit a ticket when it was ongoing?

Open a ticket, pick option harassment: physical harassment, the GMs will take care of it. Be sure to provide adequate evidence.

He also abuses the path script, there shouldn't be a point where guards won't find you in contested cities.

Safespotting which you described is allowed though on this server, Dormoon.
Abusing Aoe through LOS is not, however, and is bannable.
