Is Darkmoon Faire in the game yet? I am trying to collect the Elemental Deck and want to turn it in.

If not, which patch will it be released?

It was in town a few weeks ago, not sure if it's still around or when it'll come back but it's definitely implemented.

Is it up now? I seem to remember 1st week of the month. Also, if you buy an item that is different in patch 1.4 will it still be different when they get to patch 1.12 items. Or will it automatically upgrade?

Automatically update with the exception of the blue set of pvp gear.

it should come out with BWL for the trinkets.
