Lol as if people are ganking because they're just too progressed and they have no other option. Those who spend most of their game time ganking do so because that's the part of the game they're good at.

While I should give you credit for posting something other than worthless trolling dribble(I question why you're still allowed to post on this forum at all); your suggestion isn't a solution. You'll just have Alliance become bigger after transfers, and then be right back where you started with lopsided factions. It's always going to be this way. Locking a faction or opening up 1 way transfers every week isn't going to change anything.
