Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

This is my first time trying out the orphan week quests...I've done Jaina's autograph and you scream...I scream quests already prior to the start of orphan week and I just picked up a warden for the alliance from someone in darkshire. I am suppose to find Orphan Matron Nightengale and I thought she is suppose to be found by the orphanage in catherdral city? Is she actually found somewhere else? Also the quest reads differently that what wowwiki reads...are we suppose to find Craggle Wobbletop and purchase a foam sword rack or not?

It's not fully implemented on Horde side... does it work for Alliance?

Spent 45 minutes looking in Stormwind for the Orphan woman.. no luck.
