Low 300s, ~250 with leatrix latency fix.

More like 350-400 if you are on ADSL2+ and in WA
The above latency times I have to several EU based wow private servers.

And as far as I know AU backbone network connection gives something like 300-330ms to France so it is hard to achieve lower latency.

I have also tried few tunneling services, but I have observed very minimal to non existing improvement.
