Large Mumble, TS or Vent server for community use?

Its basically some people looking to start an open skype group for leveling characters and the likes which got me thinking does this server have a large VoIP that I can link towards them? And if not would a public VoIP be something that might interest people for playing with or finding pugs meeting new people what have you?
