Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Tried to find an answer on the forums, but didn't noticed any posts or videos so I decided to make new topic. Does Nostalrius have correct buff stacking? I would love if this is fixed here and I wouldnt have to farm endless amounts of scrolls, intellect elixirs etc. ( Which is the case in ED ).
