Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I wake up this morning and heard some bug happened last night after the update, I think they fixed most of those bugs, but I just noticed that the cooldown time of stealth is still 10s with 5/5 talents in camouflage. wonder how can I make it back as normal.

dont wanna waste 5 more gold each time I unlearn my talent because of a server problem.
