Qeust James Hyal

This qeust took me to menithil harbor. I completed it by talking to Vincent Hyal. He was supposed to give me a follow up qeust that would allow me to get the qeusts at theramore island. For some reason it said i was not able to take the qeust, and it dissapeared. So now i have no way getting the qeust, and those in theramore
I was level 37, so that shouldnt be the problem.

These errors happen a lot.
I never got to do most of menethil because of your bug.

Happened to me a bunch of other times. There's no dropping a quest or resetting, it's just never available ever again. The problem comes when it gives you the option to accept a quest in a chain when you don't meet the requirements for it. You hit accept, the quest never enters and you never see it again.

Other times it happened to me and follows the same pattern of giving you quest that are too high for and disappearing forever:

-Searing gorge tailoring quest followup.

-An Uldaman dungeon quest that leads you back to Iron Forge, it bugged on the quest when you are given a voucher to get a reward from the bank.

-Also, the chain quest that takes you outside of Uldum's gates in Tanaris.
