do people still get banned for afking in bgs?

the problem is getting worse and worse on alliance and even though most of the consistent ones have been reported they're still doing nothing in AB collecting free honor and marks. it's cool if someone afks once in a while shit happens but to do it for hours to the point where other people leave games certain afkers are in is pretty bad and makes the game pretty unplayable
