Voice Amplification Modulator help
Posted: Mon May 18, 2015 8:05 amHello guys! Since i dont know where should u put this topic, i used the "general discussion" section. My question is how does the item "voice amplification modulator" work? (engineering item;stats 7% resist to -Silence- Effects.
The point is: Is Non-improved counter spell and non-improved kick a silence, or just interruption? Because there is no information on the internet at all since its vanilla and it gets changed in future expansions?
Please only ppl that really know something about it, or tested it to give opinions.
