Few questions

Hi, I'm new here and have a few questions, hope you guys can clear things up for me.
First, I was very pleased to see that account trading/sharing will not be allowed on Nostalrius. But I wonder how you plan to enforce this specific rule. I mean, I can see no way to prevent players from giving their account credentials to friends when they can not attend a raid or stop playing on Nostalrius alltogether. The only way to handle this would be to have a "one account per IP" policy, but that would mean that people who share an internet connection would be affected by the rule, too.
Second, I was wondering why you have this "no cheating allowed" rule. After watching your videos, I was hoping that your anti cheat engine is flawless and that we will be able to experience a cheater free enviroment on Nostalrius. Does this rule mean that there are weak points?
I also have a few questions regarding transparency. IMHO, transparency is one of the most crucial things for private servers if they want to succeed.
How will sanctions/bans be handled? Will they be appealable?
Do gamemasters get some kind of refund for their work? How are you planning to prevent the abuse of gm power?
Will the developers give insight into their current work or will we be left in the dark about the development? I'm asking this because there seems to be no bug tracker yet. Since Nostalrius has been in beta for years, I wonder if it's possible to see which bugs have been reported during this period and which of them have already been fixed.
