It took me ages to hit 60 since I spent one week farming bgs at 39 but worth it!

You can use this command: /1 <your lvl> <your role (dps/tank/healer)> LFG <instance abbreviation (RFC/WC/BFD etc.)>

About 5 days played and level 39, I tend to only get a few hours of play time per day.

You don't, and even if that command above does work, no one else would bother using it.
