How the hell were you "fined" for playing on Feenix by your Internet Service Provider? I've never heard of this happening, in fact I'm pretty sure that the only people who could fine you are Blizzard themselves and why would they care if you only played it unless you were someone who was part of the Feenix staff.

You need to look at what Aussies are doing when it comes to letters in the mail demanding you cough up $$ for downloading specific content.

Laugh - Tear it up - and continue doing what you are doing!

They send you a letter demanding money - but you have absolutely no legal obligation to pay it - especially if the company is based outside of your country.

You can be an idiot and fall for their threats and cough up - or you could learn a bit of the law and realise it's just empty words and threats that you fell for :)

I've heard of charter and some other ISP charging or at least warning you for doing specific things.. I'd never use those services but yeh, it does happen. I have no clue how they would find out about you playing a private server over a regular server though.

It's true, I've spent 2 years in the federal penitentiary for playing private servers of 10 year old games
