Dynamic spawn rate - for nodes.

Herbalism and mining are fiercely competitive on this server. Vast amounts of time invested often offer little to no return. Is there a chance of increasing the spawn rate of heavily harvested nodes during peak hours?

Yes! Prices are getting ridiculous, 20g per dreamfoil stack.

Alternate where you farm. I'm still running around Durotar looking for copper to skill up my mining.

The popular places I almost never find ore (skull rock, thunderwhatsit gulley thing) and if I do - by the time I get to the node someone a lot higher level than me is mining it. Run around the rest of Durotar however in less popular spots and I've been able to get 6-8 ore nodes before completing my circuit. I still pass the popular places on my run but again get more ore from the quieter areas.

There are multiple zones that you can farm specific types of ore. If the place your trying is fairly popular - find a quieter area that has the same type of ore and try it.


Outside of the above advice - I wholeheartedly agree that resources are not spawning frequently enough in some areas to cater to the number of people in the zone / trying to farm it. A boost would be nice - but at the same time I don't think the spawn rates should be increased to a point where there is too much. I think that having to use your brain and look outside the easy farm paths are good (shame on me, right!?)
