If you banned people for being cancer in barrens chat, there wouldnt be anyone left on the server.

Have you join World chat yet? It is much better, no racism, no homophobia, no sexism, no foul language, nothing. People in World are some of the most decent and intelligent human beings you will ever have the pleasure of conversing with.

what did you expect?
if you want to ban people for being "racist" in barrens might as well ban the whole server
you can always leave general chat or ignore a player if you dont like them
