Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So I just got done perfecting my interface... I put enemy portrait in the bottom right corner of my screen because that's where I like it..... But I can't seem to remember how to get rid of the stock blizzard tool tip that pops up when you mouse over something. is there a way to get rid of it? or to possibly move it? I'm going OCD over this and it's ruining my day. Please help...

Use MoveAnything to move or hide it.
