Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Linked from http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=2933, the seal of wrynn is supposed to be a blue with much higher stats. The item is a blue, but only when you click on it does it become green. The horde one displays the proper blue. Is this an error with the server, is this blizzlike? If it were blizzlike, I assume it has to change to the blue version in the future, I know for a fact this has better stats by BC, well before the 3.1 stat revamps. What patch was the change?

It's not a bug. It's blue until you click it when a player with the wrong WDB cache links it to someone who has cleared his cache properly. This item will be upgraded at some point, maybe with the 1.5 upgrade or later.
