Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So 2 years from now, Do you think it will be possible for nostalrius to turn from vanilla to tbc? And possibly start off with the first patch and go on? And have their own custom launcher? Just wondering because it would be so cool to see your character grow more and be able to experience going through the dark portal after 2 years with your character who you've invested so much time into.

at the bottom of that page answers your question.

After a while (don't know how long) Nostalrius will release a TBC server to which you can copy your Vanilla character and continue from there.

It was in the FAQ if I remember correctly.

I recall reading something similar, and that would probably be best course of action.

*dance* now the real question is if they took 5 years for vanilla... nvm
