Feenix-like. Whatever my intentions were, it doesn't matter, this is plain wrong, but if you want to know, I was farming DHKs to make this report: https://report.nostalrius.org/plugins/tracker/?aid=1142

I only went out there when there were 6.5-8k players because of the lag. Looks like I can't play the game. Got to rank 10, and finished my grind for a whole bunch of nothing.

It would've been a good server if some people weren't calling the shots.

Almost as bad as the admins that were supposed to refund the pet I lost due to their bugs and never answered.

Yet you killed more than just civilians for DHKs, you focused on Sentinel Hill, and you were there for days and days. As much as I'd love to believe that you were only doing it to gather evidence for a bug report, knowing your earlier deeds, it is plain that your intentions were to grief Alliance players as much as possible and the bug report was merely a nice bonus.

To everyone else:
This rule change is only about killing quest NPCs repeatedly for the sole purpose of griefing. You can still engage in World PVP and you can still raid any of the settlements. You cannot shut down a quest hub for hours and hours in an area where the players are unable to touch you.
