Question about legendaries and future raids

Is it gonna be possible to get vanilla legendaries like sulfuras, thunderfury and atiesh?

Also, are they eventually gonna have all of the vanilla raids including AQ40, Naxx, ZG etc?

Lastly, are they gonna have an opening of Ahn'Qiraj event where some people would be able to become scarab lords and get the mount?

The Scarab Lord title wasn't implemented until 2.0, the TBC pre-patch. In vanilla the only titles are pvp ranks.
