Solo any Dusty tome even possible?

I was just wondering if anyone has found a way to solo into Dire maul and aquire a dusty tome? If I remember correctly you used to be able to do that in Vanilla at some point atleast. Anyone know?

Yes but it depends on your class and where it drops as there seems to be a sudden stealth nerf to spawn locations :s

As a hunter there's two spawn points I've found since the change that I can get to; West side go left then straight to the three trees and the bench, can be a dusty tome there (although it's positioned incorrectly, as Feenix did theirs) DM N, jump down into the Library, run through into the doggy room and if you go clockwise, avoiding the whirly things, there's one on the floor just after a pylon.

EDIT: Scrub west side, they seem to have removed it...

Well, double checking cus idk if devs may've removed them or not. I'll admit I haven't bothered looking till now, since farming DM for past few weeks. ;c

It feels more like 1, max 2 per _entire_ dire maul (North/East/West). Not sure whats blizzlike. I thought it was a usual 1 book per wing!

It's not. That is why I asked. Nostalrius is a private server (like any other private server), and does not 100% mimic vanilla retail, or retail in general.

Look at the ore/herb nodes for example. Some are clustered in some locations, and near scarce/non-existent at all in the 55+ zones. Hence, why I asked, besides it appearing that the devs like to pointless nerf things instead of properly fix others.
