Is Reckoning nerfed in this patch?

yeah anything that has to do w/ talents etc is 1.12 and reckoning was nerfed early on. No one shotting kazzak.

So, say if I wanted to just wpvp, ret would be a bad choice? I know this isn't related to reckoning just another question.

In other words its still good. You can one shot someone with RNG on a HoJ + dump even with 4 stacks.
