Biggest argument I see against 2nd server is

It will kill both servers

Well if Either server drops back down to a combined Population of 7k, It's safe to say we can just merge them.

Last night I played some PvP for the first time on Nost, and it was genuinely 10/10 Goat BG, no premades just two groups really evenly matched with all different skill levels.

Cross realm BG would encourage this even more.

I honestly doubt people will move, many want to stay with their firends / guild.

you can only make this work a bit if you have a cross AH / Instances / chat and BG's.
Which i doubt mangos supports.

Offer guild moves or group moves. But does kinda suck if you have friends outside of your guild.
