it's not insta 60, but there's a quest-line that gets you to lvl 58 for your adventures in outland

hi there, this server has 1x leveling rates. that means you must level as u did in retail vanilla or retail BC (pre patch 2.3)

if u want to skip the leveling part, this is not the right server for you.
