head and leg enchants

Hi, i was wondering if anybody knows if the librams that you can turn in for head and leg enchants will be available at launch? because i cant remember if you had to go to DM in order to complete the quest.

Should be available since the quest begins in burning steppes

As I recall there are two places u get head/pants enchant, burning steppes for 8 stat, 20 Fire res and 100 Health. Then u have three in Dire Maul, 8 Spell power, 1% attackspeed, and 1% dodge. If I've understood it correctly, Dire Maul will not be available at launch, so those enchants are def. not attainable. I have no idea when the burning steppes enchants were inplemented, so I guess we'll just have to wait and see
