Yes, I've had it a few times in battlegrounds.

For me it's always affiliated with the bug of not being able to rotate your character while casting a spell as well.

Jumped in the water and couldn't swim, it was actually quite a fun experience, I'm just happy I was a Warlock with Water Breathing and not another class that would have drowned after 2 minutes.
