I have been there at least 3 times, but I ve never seen the quest beginning item.

Has anyone seen or gotten the item??

It should be "gotten" not "got". You never use "got" after words like have or has.

The website claims it is a 100% drop rate off the dwarves in there, if you haven't found it either you haven't been looting the dwarves or it isn't in game.

Just went there today and tried to find it. No luck either.

irrc it was never a 100% drop chance, not even on retail, on retail took me about 60 dwarves

but I ve never seen it here.....
