When will this item be in the game? Once BWL releases?

I can only see the repeatable quests from 1 ticket to 50 tickets at Darkmoon Faire.

It says the item is implemented in patch 1.6, but aint we in 1.12?

No, the client software may be 1.12.1 but the content/gear in game is somewhere around 1.3.

the DMF was patched in with BWL, so the DMF should normally not even visit us!
