Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So, i read the rules, Nostalrius will not help me if I ever lose access to my account when i share it.
My question is, though, can i share my account with my brother? I don't want to get banned for it, just making sure my brother can log in on my account without getting it suspended.

Ofc I'm not worried about losing it, it's my brother, we lived under the same roof for 18 years

Accounts are free. You have no valid reasons to share. The only reason I can think of is to pvp 16 hours a day to make rank 14.

Account sharing is against the TOS so if you get banned then you'll have no one to blame but yourself.

You will bitterly regret it the day you and your brother are having a fight and he deletes your characters, disenchants your gear or steal your gold (and girlfriend).
There will be no help from Game Masters or the community in that situation.

Oh, and it is against the ToU, but I still see the brother thing as the biggest threat to your account safety.

Nah, it's not for that, my brother is a policeman in another city, he doesn't have time to level a character on his own, im more of a Pve guy anyway.

He is not that kind of guy. he's 25 and has a kid and I'm 21, we are not children, we're mature enough to not have silly fights anymore

Still, it is against the ToU, so if you share it, don't come back asking "Why?" if your account should get banned.

I still recommend your both to get your own accounts. This way you can also play together.

IT isnt bannable, but its under your own risk , what they mean in the ToS is to not come back asking " please retrieve char i got hacked",

I will elaborate a bit:

If he comes back and find his account banned, then he should'nt come back and ask "Why?", because there are zero support for shared accounts.
It could be anything : his brother used a fly hack, he exploited a fishing bug, bought gold or whatever.
What I mean is: if he want control over his account, it should remain HIS account only.
