I'm a horde character and cannot seem to get the Libram of Protection quest. Just wondering whether anyone knows why.

I have the book,
have all the mats

Went in through DM North, then went straight to the library to get the quest, it wasn't there.

Have you done the pre-req quest?

Prequest: Elven Legends

This quest is the prerequisite to the creation of Librams of Focus, Protection and Rapidity. It simply requires that you go to the library between Dire Maul West and North and inspect a skeleton near Lorekeeper Lydros.
