Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi

I am currently a lvl 31 warrior and was wondering whether or not to spec into the "Arms" talent "Tactical Mastery" which lets me retain rage when I switch stances. I usually like to solo level but also complete dungeons from time to time so I thought the talent might come in handy. I don't however if it's a good idea to sacrifice some points from the Parry talent or?

Does anyone have any recommendation on how to build the talent tree? This is how I would build it(with 2 points in Tactical mastery):

WAY MORE UTILITY WITH FURY WHILE LVLIN

Solid advice riq has imparted. Although personally from my POV while lvling my warrs, Unbridled Wrath is a total low chance drop in the bucket when using 2h. Even when/if flurry proccs (although with windfury, would be good). Prefer Booming Voice in comparison for long lasting/reaching demo shout to catch rogues, or may AOEing less painful.
