Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

For Alliance, I read that Woo Ping in Stormwind trains Polearms and Swords, yet neither appear to be available, learned, or unavailable. Is there something I am missing? I also read that Polearms need level 20 and 1 gold, but I have both of those things. Is there a quest or something?
