DPS class ranking

hallo.. please can you say me DPS class ranking from llastest PVE raid tests? on my last server was best warr and rogue but before server was best mage and lock.. thx for answers

It depends on the tier of gear you're talking about. Mostly though assuming a perfect raid composition for pure dps it's warlock > warrior > rogue > mage > power gap no one is topping meters beyond this. In AQ40 bump mages above rogues for rolling ignites, and since warlocks/mages are ranged they're usually considered the best. You can still rape with a heavy melee dps raid. Note: warlocks do a LOT less damage the less of them there are, and without an spriest they are about as good as a mage.

In 1.4 gear like on this server melee is going to be way ahead of casters for a bit likely as well. Casual players should play what they like and if they pop enough consumables and try hard enough they'll win no matter what, this is only theorycraft.

It's not. Except maybe a few rare things that were forgotten and that will be reported and fixed right away, but unless the core changes messed up the work that was already done during beta, buff stacking will be fine.

However, even with a blizz-like buff stacking system, I don't see hunter at the top of the chart like you said. At the begining / during MC yes, I guess they'll suffer somewhat less from lack of +hit gear, they don't need +skill for glances, they can FD + regen etc., okay fine, but afterwards, I'm not so sure.

Could you elaborate ? Would be interesting to have your view on the hunter , that's a class I barely know. I've been told a few times it's an underrated class, but I don't really know why exactly.
