Addons not loading

Does anyone have an answer to why some addons are not loading. All of my addons work great, except I recently got Auctioneer. It doesn't load at all in game, for a little while it didn't even appear in the addon tab.

Are you loading out of date AddOns?
Try adding more AddOn memory in the AddOn interface.

Yes, I am loading out of date AddOns. What do you mean by add more memory?
