Yes, that is legal.
You need two accounts to do that (as you probably is aware of), so as long the banker account only logs on to do the transaction, then there is no problem.

It's allowed, people have done it all the time.

But there is a risk of someone watching the neutral AH for this sort of thing and will buy your item. You have to be very quick about it.
