Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello all,

So ive decided i will be making a Druid for end game healing, reasons being that i used to main druid back in the day and want the whole nostalgic feeling. The problem is i dont know whether to join the Alliance or the Horde. Ive heard plenty of things about both factions on the server.. some being that the Alliance community is toxic and not fun to be around and that the Horde have so many numbers i wouldnt want to join the Horde with it being overpopulated and such. Pretty much what im asking for is your opinions on how the server has been treating you and the community and what would be better for me to invest my time in. Thank you ahead of time.

It honestly doesn't matter, the horde does more pvp and the alliance pve, that is about it.

If you want to play BGs with no healers on your team, go horde. If you want to play bgs with healers on your team, go alliance.

You will serve the horde! Or be crushed beneath it!

If you want to comfortably reach 60 Horde. If you want to run to your corpse 40 times per lvl ally.

as someone with r6 and climbing to r7 I can say that horde has triple of not quadruiple the healers (or offhealers) to alliance

I don't know about lvl 60 but 19s, 29s and 39s YOU KNOW horde will have at least 3-4 druid/priest/sham each bg
there is a reason why there is 2x horde druids compared to alliance and 2x alliance hunters compared to horde

alliance likes to roll DPSjust like on retail

ON BGS :

At 60, the Horde have far less healers than Alliance, but the simple explanation is a lot of Ally play paladins so even without being healer, they'll still oversupport everyone a*s.

But don't care too much about it since healers or not, more than half of the bgs are lost due to premades if u intend to go on Horde pugs.

However, pugging as Alliance will be even more bad as they seems to lost most of the fair battlegrounds.

ON LEVELLING :

You'll have a really hard time as an Alliance guy. Your fingers will hurt, and not only that.
The benefit is however you'll have plenty green skins to hunt ! *Ganking intensifies*

ON TROLLING :

Alliance has always be seen as most childish, it's a prejudice inherent to World of Warcraft. But considering this is a Vanilla private server, you'll most likely find reasonable adults on both sides.
There's statistically not more trolls and immaturity than others servers i've played on, but since the population is HUGE, it can be proportionnaly more noticeable.

Alliance are a bit "the hard mode" right now, so if you want that kind of experience, they're the faction to go. Most contested leveling areas are under constant raiding from horde (and not that much response from alliance). Also a lot of important instances being on horde territory doesn't help.

If you're the kind of person to that take too seriously (as pretty much everyone crying in the forums about ganking) I'd honestly recommend horde. Or you can take the hard path and help us turn the tide and fight them.
