Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

There was a Orc rogue named Redditlordx in Westfall who could actually kill me, even though I didn't have PvP on. How is this possible? I could swear that Westfall is not a PvP area. As you can see in the screenshots, my name is blue and I don't have a PvP flag at my portrait.

No Westfall isn't, none of the 1-20 zones are, the only way for pvp to take place is if the faction of that territory were to attack or if they are flagged. A horde member in Westfall should NOT be able to attack unflagged players.
