im new to being in a dkp guild and would like to know how guilds track there dkp thanks

Ask them, guilds track them differently. Most use some online spreedsheet which details total dkp as well as items taken.

Our guild are storing DKP in the officer notes, which means the DKP in a raid is not lost in case of a disconnect. To do that we use the GuildDKP addon (http://armory.digam.dk/?sa=download.fil ... p1=2&p2=79).

Basically you "/gdminus <player name> <dkp>" or add DKP to entire raid "/addraid 25".

We are working with a term called Boss DKP. This means that each boss in MC gives for example 400 DKP. That DKP is then spread out on all members of the raid, so a boss kill with 40 man gives (400 / 40 = 10) DKP each, but had there only been 30 in the raid, then (400 / 30 = 13.33 -> 14 DKP each).

When we did use DKP, and currently for raid tracking only since we switched to LC, we use rapid raid which is a part of guild launch. If you manually input things it works fine for this patch.

I spill bbq sauce on a etch and sketch pad for our DKP. sometimes it gets deleted.
