Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hey there.
I did Sunken Temple recently, and afterwards I turned in the egg to Yeh'kinya, but I never recieved a scroll. How am I supposed to summon Hakkar?
What I'd really like to know, is this normal for the server? Or did I somehow bug it? If I was supposed to get it, is there a way to try and get it ingame? If not, how could I go about getting support for getting it replaced?

I forgot about not getting it (mainly because that boss is a pain in my ass), but I can put in a bugreport regarding this for you since it affected me as well.

You can comment on it saying you had the same problem, if more people show it isn't isolated then it will get fixed quicker.

Not related, but if you continue the quest chain with the lost tablets the quest Confront Yeh'kinya wasn't added until 1.7, and so you won't get any Blue-quality cloak from completing the quest chain.
