Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I've been browsing the forums for a while now, and I can't seem to figure out whether or not it is possible to obtain this staff as a priest on the Nostalrius server.
I would be grateful if anyone could clear it out for me

It should be now during patch 1.4 but it's not, same as WSG being out already but it shouldn't until 1.5 cuz that's Drums of war patch(WSG+AV)

So majorhomo should drop it, but there's no loot in the chest..!
I've been told it's coming along the items being added in this next patch(?) 1.5, shouldn't be the item update+add in 1.8 with e.g Diana's, ban'thok sash and redemption etc etc

It's not 1.3 Chester, it's 1.4 atm, but a little bit of both.. It's 1.4... ISH, cuz it has 1.3, 1.4 + 1.5 in it.. <.<

Oh wow. I didn't know. That's confusing as hell.

Yeah the Nost timeline has been sort of off, lets just hope it's going to be according to THE timeline in terms of content when and how after this 1.5 patch.
