Unable to locate this.

It's a very small scroll/letter on the ground under the Thandol Span. It's in the game, since I've done that quest on all my characters that move into Arathi/Hillsbrad.

I just did this quest on my level 59 (for fun), it is definitely there.

Is anyone able to have knowledge about the respawn time of the letter? It's not there for 10 minutes now. Luckily I'm a druid with big lungs..
