For those who are planning on staying up for a day or two to grind when the server opens:

~ Make sure to take a 5-10 minute break every few hours. This helps keep the blood moving and gives your eyes a chance to rest.

~ Don't load up on sugary drinks. You will regret it later in the night when your stomach is in knots.

~ Try eating actual food instead of cheetos and nachos, eat chicken and veggies instead. It will give you a lot more energy!

Feel free to share more tips. I don't expect anyone to die from playing too long, but being a bit healthier in the short term should help keep you more alert and able to grind a bit more.

One a day vitamins aren't a bad investment for those of you that lack sunlight.
