Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I've made it to Friendly, but Master Burninate or whatever doesn't give me the quest for the residue. Is this currently working?

The only way to go from Friendly to Exalted right now is via turn-ins in BRD (cores, dark iron, blood of the mountain, core leather). I'd recommend lava/fiery cores because they yield the most and are the easiest to come by. Its also worth noting though that right now TB rep doesn't have many of its rewards because they were added with patch 1.6 (server is partially on patch 1.4).
