Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I'm 45 lock, after facing the reality that the witch doctor ZF staff will take too long for my taste to drop, I decided to move on and continue leveling. Are there a solo-able quest reward staves that I can find in my mid-high 40s or beyond (or I guess sword/dagger+ OH)?

Instance quests are fine too, I just don't want to rely on grinding instances for drops (until post 60 of course )

few other spirit based staffs..... didn't see anything with damage on it. only went up to level 50. But you can do your own searches on that site.
