epic item disappeared

Is there any way i can this epic item back that dropped on Overlord Wyrmthalak in LBRS today?http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=833? none got the loot, it just disappeared after everyone had greeted. I wish i had a screenshot as proof, but i havn´t, i heard that they are giving back disappeared items if they are epics??
