Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Me and a friend was trying to do the - In Dreams - escort quest in WPL, we spoke to Taelan Fordring
then nothing happened. My friend was about to accept the quest but it disappeared and now nothing
can be done with the NPC.

I've submitted a petition for a GM - Broken NPC quest.

We need help - and please not in a week.


/Edit: We solved it by dragging a hostile mob to Taelan, it activated him again and set him on the escort.

Drop the quest and accept it again...

There was the problem. When i turned in the quest and gave him the box, he emoted "nooooooooo",
then stopped doing anything, there was no quest to accept.

After we pulled a mob to him and got him to kill it, he then reset and we could talk to him and accept quest.

Don't count on GM help with this quest, they won't help you.

The whole chain has been broken for ages and takes up to 10 tries to finish the escort for many people.
